During periods of high demand, deliveries may take slightly longer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information (when available).

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Delays

While we strive to deliver every order on time, AeroLux cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by:

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided, AeroLux cannot guarantee successful delivery or replacement of the order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Free Shipping

AeroLux offers free shipping on all orders.
